Grant objective is to connect prospective employers with prospective job seekers in the Twin Cities. There is also a component for diversity and inclusion training for employers and employees. This will be done through utilizing LCCMN’s vast network of members, partners, and outreach platforms. Process will implement an aggressive outreach and communications plan targeted towards minorities serving local media platforms.
Our staff members are qualified consultants with the highest level of business education (MBA) and experience. They have been providing the training for our members in the last few years. We also have several members and potential partners who are qualified to provide the training. We will seek their expertise in this area and select the most qualified to do so.
